Who is the kid on the cover of U2’s album Best of 1980-1990?
His name is Peter Rowen, and he also appeared on the covers of the BOY and WAR albums. Growing up, he appeared in the movie THE COMMITMENTS and is now a successful photographer. You can read an interview with him on @U2:
