Music Of U2
Am I the only one there who think a lot of gospel music, contemporary Christian radio, especially the sounds of it? Is there anyone out there concerned? Does anyone miss the worship heart of Keith Green?
Sorry, but sometimes when I watch Christian television, I can not even listen to some singers because I feel in my mind they are there to play but not save them all in the presence of our Lord! I am no one who feels this way?
The other day I saw the group "Point of Grace hit show" The Today, life with Betty and James Robinson, and my heart was so high! They simply sing the glory of God! These groups are so limited today!
Is there anyone else out there demanding with the music they listen too, and you're ready for a new artist with a fresh new sound that really elevate your spirit and encourage your walk with the Lord?
Done anyone out there who love the Lord? Are you happy in 2007? I think it is by chance reading this article.I think we need to play music fiber body of Christ this year, and simply take many to know Him as Savior and Lord.
We need singers are willing to go to all the churches large and small, that the name of Jesus' name as Lord, and not charge a fee to come, but has just been inaugurated in the presence of the Lord and the special music or a mini-concert in front of the pastors preach to their congregations.
Where are the singers who were fasting were inati call of God in their lives to sing, and have created songs while playing only his piano or guitar in his private prayer time? Where are the singers whose parents were told that at any early age: "This is what God has called you to do."
Why everything is so commercialized now? Why is it that when you go to a Christian concert jokes are in progress on "the prayer to Buddha" and you heard of famous artists who have been Christians for years, to confess they were dependent on alcohol over time. Where are the singers real they believe?
I was so sad when aa recently attended a Christian concert at Knott's Berry Farm, where the group has only just see the dance girls, and talk of "Bono" U2 as he was God, then do everything in the name of our Lord. Only one guy even talked about Jesus and that is Jeremy Camp. Even prayed before singing. Wow, what a novel concept, we must seek the Lord, even if they are talented are we? Fantastic example of Jeremy! You made the night for my wife and I were almost ready to go before you came!
Finally, it is time to stay close to our Lord in 2007. He loves you more than you could ever imagine or think. If you do not have a personal walk with Jesus, this little prayer: "Lord Jesus, forgive my sins, Come into my heart, heal my past, I think that came and died for my sins, I accept you now as my Savior and Lord. In Jesus' name. Amen. "
It is time for new music that sounds new and different in the body of Christ. Thanks for taking time to listen my thoughts on gospel music and how I will pray for the new talents and new songs that hit the heart body of Christ. The body of Christ is desperate for new musicians to sing us back into the throne room of God. When Christians find these singers that touches our heart, gospel music will never be the same.
